Answers for customers paying an invoice and for merchants integrating. Contact channels will be published before launch.

I am paying an invoice

Send exactly the amount shown, in the coin and network shown. The page tells you both; sending a different token or using a different network cannot be recovered automatically.

My payment is stuck on “waiting”. Detection and confirmation depend on the selected network and its current availability. Follow the confirmation progress on checkout. You can reopen the link to check status after the payment window ends.

I paid after the timer expired / sent a different amount. Your payment is recorded and routed to the merchant for review. Contact the merchant with the transaction hash from your wallet or block explorer; they can accept it, close the order, or refund it to an address you confirm.

Refunds. Refunds are sent to an address you confirm with the merchant — never automatically to the address you paid from, because exchange withdrawal addresses are often not yours.

Getting test tokens. Test mode uses BNB Smart Chain testnet and Ethereum Sepolia. Use only the exact test token and network offered on checkout. You also need test native currency for gas. Ask your platform operator where to obtain the configured test tokens.

Webhooks not arriving. Dashboard → Developers shows every delivery attempt with the HTTP status and error. Use “Send test” to trigger a ping. Your endpoint must be reachable on the public internet over HTTPS in live mode.

Settlement has not arrived. Check Dashboard → Settlements. Common reasons: no payout wallet set for that network, the wallet change is still in its policy delay, the amount is below the minimum, or the transfer is awaiting review.
