Plan purchases and per-invoice fees

Free requires no plan purchase. Pro and Elite are one-time lifetime purchases with no scheduled renewals. Current plan prices and per-invoice fees are published on the pricing page and shown again before payment. Verified prior purchase credit applies to upgrades. A test purchase grants only a test entitlement.

How it is applied

  • Fixed on the invoice at creation from the merchant's plan at that moment.
  • Charged once when the invoice becomes paid, in the received stablecoin at the invoice's recorded USD quote, rounded to the asset's precision.
  • Never more than the amount received.
  • Deducted from the settlement; not billed separately.

Network costs

Gas for settlement transfers is paid by Nexus Pay. Customers pay their own network fee when sending. No gas is charged to merchants.

Minimums

Settlements below 1.00 USDT/USDC wait until further funds arrive on the same payment. Higher minimums may apply on Ethereum mainnet and will be published before they take effect.
